Welcome to Natural Fit Gym.

We are uniquely located in the heart of the Mount and have created an amazing, supportive and inspiring gym space. Our experienced team have a diverse range of skills. The common thread in our philosophy is our shared focus on good movement. Learning how to move well is the key to optimising health, function and performance.  There is value in all movement; fast and slow; heavy and light, simple and complex… We offer a range of classes and programs, which reflect this philosophy. 

We offer fast-paced dynamic fitness classes …and Slow Flow Yoga. We run heavier strength-based classes …and Pilates… Our balanced timetable has a wide range of classes including Suspension Training, Surf Flow and other fun variations to challenge all aspects of fitness.

We teach our members to train both efficiently and effectively. In addition to our group fitness classes, we offer tailored exercise programs, which are updated regularly as you improve. Our goal is for all our members to get out and enjoy the activities that we are so lucky to have on our doorstep; and to embrace every challenge with confidence.

There is no quick fix or magic bullet to improving performance. To achieve change, you must be willing to step out of your comfort zone and to put time and energy into developing new patterns.

Learning to apply the principles we teach allows you to LIVE, MOVE and PLAY with a greater sense of purpose. Our approach prepares you to take control mentally and physically. With training, we can help you find a natural flow where you function and perform with a greater sense of ease and intuition.

Our Philosophy

Natural Fit promotes ‘Mindful’ movement. If you move, without being mindful… it is mindless. We also teach people to notice their senses (heart rate, breathing rate, balance, posture, tension…) during movement to increase self awareness. If you move without noticing your senses…. it is senseless.

Good athletes make movement look free-flowing and effortless. This takes a real sense of purpose and practice with the intent to improve and refine their skills. At Natural Fit, we approach exercise in the same way. We teach people to listen to their system as they  challenge their limits to ensure they move with optimal form and control.

What We Offer
Amazing Staff – Epic Space
Gym Programming:
All members have the opportunity to sit down with one of our amazing team and create a plan that works for them. This includes designing tailored programs, which are updated regularly.

Personal Training:
Our team of Personal Trainers offer a wealth of of experience & expertise. Our philosophy is to train smart. We focus on gaining a clear understanding of YOU and what you need in order to reach your goals.

Fitness Classes:
We have a wide range of fitness classes, which all members can attend. We have a separate space where these classes are run with fun and energetic trainers guiding each session.

Yoga + Pilates:
Our Upstairs Studio offers Yoga, Pilates and Meditation classes. These are run by our Awesome Nook Studio Team.

Exercise Rehabilitation:
If you have any health issues, movement limitations, injuries or special considerations, we will help create an exercise plan that is safe and effective. We can design programs for you to follow by yourself, and / or we can work with you one-on-one.

Sauna:
You can also book into our private Infrared Sauna, which we have set up to promote Relaxation & Recovery.
