PERFORMANCE COACH
Hayley Feaver

Strength and conditioning training changed Hayley’s life for the better. Now she wants to help change yours.

Previously a qualified accountant, Hayley graduated university after completing a Bachelor of Commerce with a triple major in Accounting, Commercial Law and Taxation. Hayley understood how much she valued getting daily movement after long days sedentary. She then went on to study for her Level 3 certificate in Fitness and Level 4 certificate in Personal Training which was completed in 2016. In the same year she became the owner of The Exercise Room, a gym located in Parnell Auckland, which she sold in 2023 after six and a half years of successful operation.

Hayley always lived an active life, growing up she played basketball at both regional and national representative levels. But her passion for strength and conditioning started in her final year at university. Now she utilises multiple styles of training each week to challenge herself and her clients in as many ways as possible.

It doesn’t matter where you’re starting from, Hayley wants to help you to get stronger with resistance based training to build muscle and strength. To get fitter with conditioning based training to help you become fitter, faster and more explosive. To move better with mobility based drills to help you achieve better form. To learn a new skill such as handstands – the ultimate way to challenge both your body and your mind.

For Hayley, training is as much about having strong mental health and mental discipline, as it is about physical health.

Feedback
Steph Roy

I really loved the class and it’s so awesome that you can go at your own pace and have awesome guidance to make sure you get it right. We are definitely hooked, when’s our next class? My daughter loves it as well. It makes me feel so good knowing that she is learning about her body and how much she can push herself not to mention doing the exercises correctly.

When I practice what Olly Coffey has shown me, I can walk easier, speak clearer and my thoughts are well ordered. It makes me feel calm and in control. Life changing.

I had no feeling when I started with Olly. Now, I feel little flickers right down to my hip. Some therapists practically crossed me out; Olly has given me a chance. He calms me down and I’m starting to feel more.

I could perform movements I’d been practising for a year but unable to master, and the calm and clarity of thought was even more rewarding.
